With the purchase of this ticket you can choose from a selection of tapas from the various areas of Opera Samfaina: Under the Sea (mussels or prawns from Sant Carles de la Ràpita), “esqueixada” cold salt cod salad, anchovy with tomato bread), the Butchery (a selection of Catalan cold cut sausages), Catalactic (sheep or goat’s cheese served with red pepper or caramelized onion jam), along with wine (to choose from our selection from the 12 Catalan denominations of origin), beer, cava or mosto

Format tasting with small typically Catalan tapas served in thematic tables amid visual projections. The menu includes 8 tapas and 2 glasses of wine, beer or water.

Battered & fried “calçot” (spring onion) with romesco sauce
Sautéed Chickpea & spinach
“Xatonada” salad (salad served with tuna, anchovy, salted cod & xato sauce)
Bacalao with ratatouille
“Escudella” soup (beef broth with pasta & meatballs)
“Trinxat de carn d’olla” (mashed potato mixed with cabbage & stewed meats)
Choice of Crema Catalana mousse, Pears poached in red wine or Hot chocolate with biscuits (served in the Catalàctic area)
Drinks included: two glasses of Catalan DO wine, beer, water or must juice.
